Changing your details
Changing your address:
- With us
You can change your address registered with us through the 'registered details' page in the artsCurator application.
See the help manual for more details.

With Worldpay
If you have paid via worldpay online you will need to change your details with worldpay as well.
Use the username and password you recieved from worldpay when you registered to log into their shopper service. (You will have recieved your username and password via email when you registered)
You will be able to change your details using their online management tool.
Changing your payment details:
- Standing order payments
You must complete another standing order form and send it back to your bank.
Please enter your customer reference number at the bottom of the form so that we can find your details.
Please make sure you cancel the old standing order or double payments may be made by accident.
You can find your customer reference number in the 'Your account' section on the 'Account Details' Page in the artsCurator application.
- Worldpay
